HyreNumbat is a recruitment advertising and introduction service, not an employer. For any role on HyreNumbat, the employer decides hiring, contracts, supervision, how the work is organised and pay. An application to HyreNumbat is not a job offer and does not make you an employee of HyreNumbat.
Before applying, go through the whole HyreNumbat listing: duties, method of work, engagement, eligibility and conditions. Roles can fill or change during recruitment; when HyreNumbat learns of this, the listing is updated or removed. If you spot an error, email careers@hyrenumbat.com and name the role.
Tell HyreNumbat the truth about yourself, and only apply on another person's behalf when they have asked you to. Anyone applying through HyreNumbat needs to meet the eligibility and right-to-work rules for that role. Complete the form, then send HyreNumbat HR the WhatsApp message, which only goes once you press Send. If you cannot use WhatsApp, email careers@hyrenumbat.com. An employer found through HyreNumbat can request more detail or an interview before deciding.
No, HyreNumbat does not. HyreNumbat never charges applicants for applying, placement, administration or training, and never asks for a deposit. Businesses advertising roles cover HyreNumbat's costs. HyreNumbat will never ask you to buy cryptocurrency, top up an account, pay to unlock work or transfer money to release wages. If anyone asks you for this in connection with a HyreNumbat role, report it to careers@hyrenumbat.com.
The employer, not HyreNumbat, decides pay, and it relates only to that role and how it is carried out. If HyreNumbat ever shows a pay range, it is not a promise of the top amount. Before saying yes to a role found through HyreNumbat, get the employer to confirm in writing its legal name, your duties and engagement type, the pay rate or method, expected hours and when pay arrives. HyreNumbat does not guarantee work, a minimum workload or income.
HyreNumbat is responsible for its own statements and advertising. Employers are responsible for what they tell HyreNumbat and for their duties as employers. If HyreNumbat's ads and hyrenumbat.com disagree on something important, HyreNumbat will check and correct whichever is wrong. No general disclaimer from HyreNumbat cancels a specific statement or your legal rights.

You must not impersonate anyone, submit false applications, use another person's details without permission, share harmful material or interfere with hyrenumbat.com.

Subject to those rights, HyreNumbat is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of hyrenumbat.com. None of this limits HyreNumbat's liability for fraud or for anything the law says cannot be limited.
HyreNumbat fixes typing and technical mistakes on hyrenumbat.com as soon as it becomes aware of them.
You are responsible for loss that reasonably results, for example from applying with someone else's details without consent, except where HyreNumbat caused it.

HyreNumbat may decline to pass on an application that clearly does not meet a role's stated requirements, and will tell you why if you ask.
Some roles include a short online training provided by the employer or arranged through HyreNumbat. HyreNumbat offers the training to help you understand the work, and applicants are never charged for it. Finishing the HyreNumbat training does not guarantee an employer will offer you work, and the employer is still responsible for how its work is done.
Linking to the hyrenumbat.com home page is fine, provided the link does not imply a relationship with or endorsement by HyreNumbat. HyreNumbat has no control over external sites linking in or linked out, and is not responsible for them. Please tell HyreNumbat at careers@hyrenumbat.com about any link that misdescribes HyreNumbat or its roles so it can act on it.
Employers who list roles through HyreNumbat must describe them honestly, follow Australian workplace laws, give written terms before work begins and must not request money from applicants. HyreNumbat may remove any listing or employer that breaks these expectations, and you can report concerns to careers@hyrenumbat.com at any time.
The rest still applies, and not enforcing a term straight away does not mean HyreNumbat has waived it.
These terms, together with the HyreNumbat Privacy Policy and Compliance Statement, are the entire agreement about your use of hyrenumbat.com.

These HyreNumbat terms follow the law of New South Wales, while any protections the law makes mandatory still apply.
