When you apply, HyreNumbat receives the details you enter: your name, mobile number, email address, the role you are interested in and any optional note. When you message HyreNumbat HR on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp name, phone number and the text of your message. Emails to HyreNumbat give us your address and whatever the email says.
Yes, hyrenumbat.com receives standard technical details such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the previous page and the time. The HyreNumbat hosting provider keeps these to operate and protect hyrenumbat.com, and HyreNumbat does not link them to applications.
If a required field is empty, HyreNumbat may not be able to contact you or pass your application to the employer. Optional fields in the HyreNumbat application can be left empty.
Please never send HyreNumbat passwords, one-time codes from text messages, bank or card numbers, your tax file number or photos of ID. HyreNumbat never needs or asks for these, and deletes any that arrive.

hyrenumbat.com is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which also forwards emails addressed to HyreNumbat. HyreNumbat loads its lettering from Google Fonts, which means your device contacts Google for those files. Messages with HyreNumbat HR travel through WhatsApp, a Meta service. Each of these providers applies its own policy, separate from HyreNumbat's. HyreNumbat will list any new provider here, for example a form builder or ad tag, before switching it on.
HyreNumbat discloses information to authorities only when legally required, or when legally permitted and reasonably needed to look into misuse or protect the rights of a person.
Applying to HyreNumbat has two steps: the form, then a WhatsApp message to HR. Our button only opens WhatsApp with suggested text to the HyreNumbat HR number shown in the chat header. The message reaches HyreNumbat HR only when you tap Send. No WhatsApp? Write to careers@hyrenumbat.com and HyreNumbat will arrange another option.
hyrenumbat.com does not use advertising or analytics cookies. To block bots, the company hosting hyrenumbat.com may place a strictly necessary security cookie. Blocking or deleting cookies will not stop the HyreNumbat site from working.
HyreNumbat does not do this at present. As of the date above, hyrenumbat.com has no advertising tags, remarketing or analytics installed. If that changes, HyreNumbat will first update this section with the provider's name, what it receives and your choices. HyreNumbat never places your name, phone number or email in tracking events or links.

HyreNumbat keeps application records for no more than twelve months after the last genuine contact about a role, then deletes them. Ask and HyreNumbat will delete earlier; records are kept longer only if required by law or an open dispute. HyreNumbat's hosting logs are normally cleared within 30 days.
hyrenumbat.com uses HTTPS, and only the people handling applications can open them. No system is perfect, so if a breach is likely to cause you serious harm, HyreNumbat will notify you under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Not always, even at HyreNumbat. An employer or WhatsApp may keep its own copy, which HyreNumbat does not control. HyreNumbat will tell you who to contact.
You may ask HyreNumbat at careers@hyrenumbat.com for a copy of your information, a correction, deletion or withdrawal of your application. HyreNumbat may need to confirm who you are, will try to respond within 30 days and will give reasons if a request is refused. If HyreNumbat has already introduced you to an employer, that introduction cannot be reversed.

hyrenumbat.com is for adults looking for work. If HyreNumbat finds a child's information, it is deleted.
Email careers@hyrenumbat.com and describe what happened. HyreNumbat will investigate and reply in writing. If you are unhappy with the outcome, reply and someone at HyreNumbat who was not involved will review it from the start.
Knowing the role lets HyreNumbat send you the right training link and pass your application to the correct employer. If you are unsure, you can say so in your WhatsApp message and HyreNumbat HR will explain the options before anything is shared. You can change your choice at any time before an introduction is made, simply by messaging HR or emailing careers@hyrenumbat.com.
HyreNumbat keeps the chat so HR can see what was already discussed and avoid asking you twice. Your messages are seen only by the people at HyreNumbat who look after applications. You can ask HyreNumbat to delete the conversation from its side at any time, although your own copy and WhatsApp's records are managed by you and by WhatsApp. HyreNumbat never forwards your chat to marketing companies.
Yes, HyreNumbat does. You can stop your application with HyreNumbat whenever you like by messaging HR or emailing careers@hyrenumbat.com. HyreNumbat will stop contacting you about roles, will not introduce you to any further employers and will delete your details in line with the retention section, unless the law requires HyreNumbat to keep a record for longer.
The information HyreNumbat holds comes from you, so a quick check before submitting helps. Where something seems incorrect, HyreNumbat HR will ask you about it instead of changing it on assumption, and corrections can always be sent through WhatsApp or to careers@hyrenumbat.com.
HyreNumbat may revise this policy and will show the new date above. Where required by law, HyreNumbat will notify you before a change affects information it already has.
